No, discounts don't stack. Only one discount applies per order, whether it's an automatic bundle deal, a bulk code, a SALE promo code, or a first-order coupon.

Elite Long Lashes retains the discretion to extend, alter, or terminate existing discounts at any moment.

All our lashes are crafted from 100% synthetic fiber, a soft cashmere-style material made from PBT thread. They are vegan, cruelty-free, oil-free, and waterproof.

• Curls: C, CC, D, I, J, and L.
• Diameters: 0.03mm (mega volume), 0.05mm (Russian volume), 0.07mm (classic volume), and 0.15mm (signature classic).
• Lengths: vary by curl and diameter, plus mixed-length trays (8mm–15mm).
• Colors: matte black, plus brown, copper red, purple, royal blue, yellow, and rainbow.
• Fans: Promade Volume Fans in C and D curl (6D, 8D, 10D; 11mm–16mm) and Easy Fan lashes (0.05) in C, CC, D, and DD.

We personally hand-test every tweezer before shipping it to you. Finding the perfect tweezer may take some experimentation, as each artist works with different techniques. We carry three styles:

• Isolation
• Classic
• Mega Volume

Our tweezer bundles make it easy to try more than one style and save.

Our Master Glue is our Eyelash Extension Adhesive 5ml.

• Cure time: 1 second.
• Retention: 5–6 weeks.
• Viscosity: medium.
• Color: black.
• Best conditions: 18–23°C (about 64–73°F) and 30–70% humidity. Higher heat or humidity makes it dry faster; lower makes it dry slower.
• Comfort: odorless and gentle on the eyes.
• Use: professional use only.

• Unopened: up to six months when stored properly. For maximum longevity, refrigerate it.
• Opened: typically 4–5 weeks. Store it in an airtight container, and for even better results keep it in the refrigerator.

Our Training Academy classes are held in person in Houston, Texas only, in English and Vietnamese. Spots are limited.

The Lash Mastery Class is a 4-day intensive (28 hours) covering:

• Classic lashes: precise 1:1 application and isolation.
• Volume & hybrid: handmade fan creation and the hybrid blend.
• Mega volume: advanced fan techniques for bold, full-coverage sets.

You'll also learn special creative styles, including anime and editorial lashes.

Total tuition is $1,800, which includes a $500 starter lash kit. A $500 deposit reserves your spot, and the remaining $1,300 is due on the first day of class. After you reserve, we'll reach out to schedule your class dates.

You don't need to bring your own supplies. We provide all tools and materials.

After the 4-day intensive, you'll continue with weekly practice sessions on live models until you're confident to work independently. Graduates also get ongoing mentorship and a lifetime discount on all Elite Long Lashes supplies.

Upon completion you'll receive an Elite Long Lashes skills certificate recognizing your training and proficiency. This is a professional development certificate, not a state-issued license or cosmetology/esthetician certification. Please check the licensing requirements in your state or county before practicing professionally.

We understand the impact of waste generated by lash artists daily. Our pre-made and pro-made fans come in 100% recyclable boxes, and we’ve switched to bamboo lash brushes, eliminating plastic. We prioritize durable, multi-use alternatives over single-use plastic variations, such as lash rings.

• USA: free shipping on domestic orders over $50.
• International: free shipping on orders of $750 USD or more when you choose Priority Mail International. Your order will be expedited via DHL or Express International. Duties may apply.

All orders are dispatched from Houston, Texas, USA. Orders placed before 2 pm are shipped the same day; orders placed after 2 pm are dispatched the following morning. We provide tracking numbers for every order.

Elite Long Lashes cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen orders once they are shipped. Once tracking confirms delivery, the responsibility shifts to the customer. In the event of a loss or theft, kindly contact your local post office for resolution.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Amazon Pay.

If you wish to cancel or modify an order you’ve just placed, promptly reach out to us at 281-878-9631 or via email at elitelonglashes@gmail.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot cancel orders that have already been packed and shipped.

• 30-day window: you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. We refund unused items once we receive them back.
• Refund process: we'll notify you when we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund goes to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card company to post it.
• Approval: all refund requests are subject to approval by our owners, and we'll send an email confirmation once your return is inspected.
• Return shipping: customers cover return shipping costs. Please use a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), as we are not responsible for returns lost or undelivered in transit.

Damaged or defective items are handled with a replacement instead (see below).

Please report any concerns, such as damage, item issues, or discrepancies, within 48 hours of receiving your order. Contact us at 281-878-9631 or via email at elitelonglashes@gmail.com. To initiate a return, we may request photos and videos of the damaged item. While refunds are not issued, we will promptly ship a replacement item.

Non-returnable: certain items, such as perishable goods (e.g., adhesives, cream remover, or primer) and personal care products (e.g., lash foam), cannot be returned. Get in touch if you have questions about specific items.

Exchanges: return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
