What is the shelf life of unopened glue?
Unopened glue has a shelf life of up to six months when stored properly. For maximum longevity, consider refrigerating it.
How long does opened glue last?
Opened glue typically has a shelf life of 4-5 weeks. To extend its
freshness, store it in an airtight container and, for even better
results, keep it in the refrigerator.
Do you offer a sensitive glue option?
Absolutely! We offer a sensitive glue option, our Master Glue Bond. It's sourced from Korea and boasts excellent retention and quality. Unlike some other glues, it won't cause burning sensations. Most clients can comfortably open their eyes just one minute after getting their lashes done. Rest assured, our glue has been extensively tested, and there have been no reported allergies.
What material are your lashes made from?
All our lashes are meticulously crafted from 100% synthetic fiber. We utilize a faux or synthetic mink material derived from PBT Thread (polyurethane).
How do I choose the right tweezers for me?
We personally hand-test every tweezer before shipping it to you. Finding the perfect tweezer for your needs may involve some experimentation, as each artist works with different techniques (Isolation, Classic, MegaVolume). Feel free to explore and adapt to your preferences once you receive them.

At Elite Long Lashes, we understand sometimes an order isn't exactly what you were hoping for. We will refund all unused items once we receive them back.
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Refund Process
We will promptly notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund posting.
