At Elite Long Lashes, our commitment to exceptional service extends to our order policy. Here's what you need to know:

Order Processing: All Elite Long Lashes orders are dispatched from Houston, Texas, USA.

Reporting Issues: If you encounter any concerns with your order, such as damage, item issues, or discrepancies, please report them within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Lost or Stolen Orders: Elite Long Lashes cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen orders once they are shipped. We provide tracking numbers, and once they confirm delivery, the responsibility shifts to the customer. In the event of a loss or theft, kindly contact your local post office for resolution.

Shipping Efficiency: Orders placed before 2 pm are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched the following morning.

Order Changes or Cancellation: If you wish to cancel or modify an order you've just placed, promptly reach out to us at 281-460-9289 or via email at elitelonglashes@gmail.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot cancel orders that have already been packed and shipped.

Damaged Items: Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at 281-460-9289 or through email at elitelonglashes@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. To initiate a return, we may request photos and videos of the damaged item. While refunds are not issued, we will promptly ship a replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods (e.g., adhesives, cream remover, or primer) and personal care products (e.g., lash foam), cannot be returned. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have questions or concerns about specific items.

Exchanges: To expedite the process and get the item you desire, return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to assist you.
