Refund policy

At Elite Long Lashes, we understand the unique challenges of restocking returned items. Therefore, our return policy is limited to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining quality.

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Refund Process: We will promptly notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund posting. It is customer responsibility to provide return shipping. 

Owner Approval: All refund requests are subject to processing and approval by our owners. Once we've received and inspected your return, we will send you an email confirmation.

Please note that used, damaged or defective products are not eligible for refunds.
