Orders & Shipping
Where do orders ship from, and how fast?
All Elite Long Lashes orders are dispatched from Houston, Texas, USA. Orders placed before 2 pm are shipped the same day; orders placed after 2 pm are dispatched the following morning.
What if there's an issue with my order?
If you encounter any concerns with your order — such as damage, item issues, or discrepancies — please report them within 48 hours of receiving your order.
What about lost or stolen packages?
Elite Long Lashes cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen orders once they are shipped. We provide tracking numbers, and once they confirm delivery, the responsibility shifts to the customer. In the event of a loss or theft, kindly contact your local post office for resolution.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify an order you’ve just placed, promptly reach out to us at 281-878-9631 or via email at elitelonglashes@gmail.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot cancel orders that have already been packed and shipped.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at 281-878-9631 or via email at elitelonglashes@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. To initiate a return, we may request photos and videos of the damaged item. While refunds are not issued, we will promptly ship a replacement item.
Which items can't be returned?
Certain items, such as perishable goods (e.g., adhesives, cream remover, or primer) and personal care products (e.g., lash foam), cannot be returned. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have questions or concerns about specific items.
How do exchanges work?
To expedite the process and get the item you desire, return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to assist you.
